Pension Villa Materada is located right beside the sea in the elite part of Porec in Istria, the town that never sleeps, even in winter time. Our Villa boasts 14 standard rooms, guests have free protected parking space. At our place, you will fall asleep with a murmur of the sea! For fans of more active leisure are available tennis, mini golf and a number of walking and cycling trails.
